hello. my name is boey.
boey, born in August, 1987 in the town of Sungai Lalang, Kedah- a smaller than small town. boey's interest in drawing began at an early age and by the time he was in primary school he knew he wanted to be a designer. He studied advertising to realize that what really he wanted to do was to draw!
"I’m a self-taught graphic designer living in Petaling Jaya. I have a keen interest in everything to do with branding, graphic design and advertising - would probably call it an obsession. My interests include spending time with my family, good food, good film, good friends, bad laptop, music and colours that would make your eyes bleed.
Whether I’m working with friends, an agency, or on my own, coming up with new ideas and experiences never gets old. Creative thinking and problem-solving is what keeps me going.
All the amazing work out there inspires me to try new things. So far for now my design style is ambiguous at best. This could change, but for now I’m having fun experimenting.
If you would like to talk shop, feel free to get in touch through my contact list.
This is my online home."

Thank you Triumph International
Besides, the special thank goes to my helpful supervisor, Ms. Brenda Goh. The supervision and support that she gave truly help the progression and smoothness of the internship program. A big contribution and hard worked from her during the fifteen weeks is very great indeed. All projects during the program would be nothing without the enthusiasm and imagination from her. The co-operation is much indeed appreciated. Besides, the internship programs make me realized the value of working together as a team and as a new experience in working environment, which challenges me every minute. Not forget, a great appreciation go to the rest of Body Fashion’s staff that help me from time to time during the project. The whole program really brought us together to appreciate the true value of friendship and respect of each other.
Another great appreciated go to the contribution of my faculty- Faculty of Creative Industries. I am also would like to thankful the coordinator- Encik Abdul Malik bin Ahmad that patient in helping me complete this program. Special thanks also to Mr. Zachary Roland and Ms. Penny that encourage, support and helping me in completing this program successfully.

Live life to the full
Life is full of options and choices as each human has different perception when it comes to selection. Some are happy living in a simple life and less worries. Some might felt that this type of life is too simple and no challenge at all. As for this type of people(myself), they will be in the rat race and trying very hard to get out of it, hence life became complex as the selection of choices became wider.
The more we attempt to pursue or push ourselves towards what we perceive as the real needs, the more selection we can think of in order to secure what we need. Hence, the complexity of choices began to haunt us and often reveal the ugly side of own.
In the end of the day, is just what we want in life or our objectives in life. The rest will depend on the options and choices we select.

"Creativity Is More Important Than Knowledge?"
I can't separate creativity from knowledge. The two are intertwined. Generally speaking, greater amounts of knowledge lead to a greater creative capacity. The more an artist has experienced different emotions in life, the better paintings he can create. The more a creative writer has known different kinds of people, the more interesting and sophisticated stories she can write. The more a businessman understands what consumers want, the better he can satisfy them and make a profit. Knowledge feeds creativity. Without knowledge in the first place, there would be nothing to create!
So, do you think "Creativity Is More Important Than Knowledge?"
